The delivered product does not match the specifications or quantity agreed upon in the order contract.

The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

Customized or specially requested products that were processed or altered as per the buyer’s request.

Products that have been used, opened, or improperly stored after delivery.

 

3. Return and Refund Process

4. Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges.

Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
