We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

 

The product received is damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival.

The delivered product does not match the specifications or quantity agreed upon in the order contract.

The product has been improperly packaged, leading to significant loss or damage.

The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

Customized or specially requested products that were processed or altered as per the buyer’s request.

Products that have been used, opened, or improperly stored after delivery.

 

3. Return and Refund Process

Assessment & Approval: Our quality control team will assess the complaint and may request additional evidence or a sample return.

In certain cases, a credit note may be provided for future purchases.

4. Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges.

Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
